Exordium

A blog. Well, really it's a "web log".  Nothing wrong with inventing a new word, I suppose, or did we simply take a slang word and honor it with formality?

No matter.

Moving on.

I slowly admit that I started this blog because I secretly have a crush on writing. I didn't realize it until quite recently. I'd written plenty of papers throughout the course of my academic life up until last semester. My classes were all sciences. The only writing I performed was a few monotonous, inelaborate reports. So here I am, typing according to my heart's desires. There are a few legitimate reasons why I want to write this blog, but really I hope to keep my writing skills from becoming like my red-flyer wagon that was left out in the rain far too long.

If you were able to endure my incompetence up to this point, I surmise you posses the patience necessary to read a little further.

Okay, so I intend on making this blog a collection of useful articles and opinions on various subject material.  I am quick to form opinions and even quicker to express them. Therefore, in order to provide a conduit for my bottled up conjectures I sought out this blog. I see it as a place where I can display some of my infantile knowledge to the world of discussion. Please, don't hesitate to leave a comment!

Nonetheless, I also have a goal of metering dry discussion with comedic interpolations. I don't want you thinking I am some neurological-heavy-intellectually-bound-pseudo-scientist who lacks a good jest every so often. Hopefully that section of mi cerebro won't submit to timidness.
